EUK Education brings together in one place everything STEM charity EngineeringUK does for teachers and career leaders. This is to help them inspire and engage young people – the engineering and tech professionals of the future. You may already be familiar with some of our great programmes from the Climate Schools Programme to our annual campaign, Tomorrow’s Engineers Week and flagship event The Big Bang Fair. We think you’ll love the new brand, EUK Education and having all our great, free resources ‘under one roof’.
Many young people don’t know what engineers do. We want to change that so they can see how what they learn at school shapes the world we live in.

Engineering and tech jobs are in high demand
When young people meet an engineer or technician or take part in a STEM careers activity, they’re more likely to consider a career in engineering and technology. Innovation, design, problem solving, teamwork, creativity are at the heart of engineering and technology and we want to bring that to life for your students.
We know there are really rewarding careers to be had in engineering and technology, in a wide range of industries, at all levels and across the UK. We want school students to know that too.
Engineering skills are in high demand. Between now and 2030, engineering and tech jobs are expected to grow more than any other sector. Engineering and technology employs 6.3 million people in the UK, accounting for 19% of all jobs, but the sector is facing a huge skills and labour shortage. That means we need more young people going into these jobs where wages and prospects are good, as these skills are sought after.
