A fellow student, Jessica Duffy, achieved three A*s in English literature, government & politics and psychology, and will read English literature and language at Oxford.
Mrs Siobhan Howells, the head of the school’s sixth form, said: “This year’s results are incredible and all the students should be congratulated on the hard work and dedication they have shown towards their studies.
“Their commitment throughout the two years has been admirable and we are so proud of their achievement. I wish them all the best in their next steps – well done!”
